With an analysis of recently sold comparable properties and a list of comparable properties currently on the market, we usually predict a realistic price band. Although we assess your home in a value range for the ‘average purchaser’, we always aim to achieve the highest possible value that we can. The day you hit the market we recommend you bury our price estimate in your bottom drawer, and put our real skills to the test. When you receive your CMA we will also outline our recommended strategy for marketing your home, and you will be presented with a budget and time frame options for consideration.
